More than 10 years’ experience in the business world have taught me that you can only really make a difference if you can engage people emotionally. I am a ‘coaching leader’ and have had a number of leadership roles in various organizations.
I help teams to transform into high-performing teams using a person-centered approach, teams that understand the importance of an open and transparent culture and dare to face confrontation from a position of trust. I also very much enjoy coaching and supporting young talents. They are our future leaders who want change in organizations to make them better.
