I like working at the interface between soft and hard organizational goals. Organizational goals are needed to achieve ‘hard’ results, but I’m convinced this is impossible if we disregard the human side. I work at InContext in order to make a positive contribution to organizations and the people who work in them.My experiences as a (line) manager have taught me that motivating people to think about their personal drivers and learning goals as well as their own role within the organization is the work I want to do, challenging yourself and others daily to work a little better, smarter and more skillfully and at the same time consider how things could be done differently.
I aim for the best results, full of energy and never losing sight of the details. I am positive, but also critical and direct where needed. What makes a good day for me? When people have had new insights and are motivated to progress.
