The intensive customer discussions I have at all levels of the organization in combination with my leadership experience and knowledge of the business enable me to understand and interpret the dilemmas that arise, and I can create an overview of the entire context of the organization. This in-depth inquiry allows me to make critical, challenging interventions, helping create a nexus between people and/or teams.
