InContext interviewed all individual MT members on leadership and positioning of the Benelux MT. Key players have been interviewed about the change initiatives, the consequences and support needs during the change.
All input has been used to design change workshops with the entire MT and with other key people. Overall scope of change initiatives has been identified and main change areas were defined. Finally InContext supported the setup of a structure for the change project management office and program management.
