Getting a transformation off the ground as an organization is extremely difficult. You have thought carefully about what you want to achieve and outlined scenarios and plans how you will approach it.

You have given a presentation to the board, your stakeholders and a number of colleagues and you are fully committed to implementing the change within your organization. Check. However, if colleagues don’t go along with the change, they can, intentionally or not, put their heels in the sand.

The Change Mission (2 Days):

Concrete vision & strategy, outcomes, role of the leaders, the change story, the journey for change and a concrete ambitious challenge for the organization.

Realize your Strategy (2 days):

Form, communicate and implement your strategy (including the OD scan) and discuss where you as an organization can continue to learn and improve.

Change Design Sprint (5 Days):

Concrete, working and validated solutions for the blockages in your organization. Simple, fast, cool and it gives a lot of energy.

Change Hotspot (3+ Months)

Experiment, test, learn and go viral. A small group of experts ensures radical breakthroughs. Who later contaminate the organization, because people want to become part of the change.

The Change Mission (2 days)

The vision, the change story, the journey for change and a concrete ambitious challenge

Change is started regularly without clear context, vision & direction and concrete challenges that are being tackled. In this way you frustrate the organization. As long as it is not clear why you have to change, what is being asked and how people can make a contribution, no good energy will be released to change. Together with you we build a concrete transformation mission board to tackle this.

Realize your Strategy (2 days)

Form, communicate and implement your strategy (including the OD scan)

Strategy regularly ends up in the trash. How is this possible? This is often due to the way it is presented. Remember that your people must embrace the strategy to realize it. Six elements together form the key to a successful strategy realization: Open up, Focus, Design, Inspire, Embrace and Empower. Want to know how you score on these elements? Do the OD Scan.

In the Change Hotspot, selected teams set to work experimenting with change. To tackle an ambitious mission, you ensure the optimal experiment team and circumstances. Give them the freedom and support to devise, test and validate new creative solutions so that the organization learns how to change more quickly. This team wants to change, is creative, consists of various expertise, is enthusiastic and is resilient. The Change Hotspot increases the learning capacity. The team will do more (think less) and learn from feedback.
