Training with open registration

Based on the model from The Winning Dialogue, this training targets development of insight and flexibility in difficult communication situations.

During the training, the following questions will be answered, among others:

  • How can I increase my influence without selling the other person short?
  • How can I set limits without jeopardizing my relationship with my conversation partner(s)?
  • How can I get a tense relationship with a client back on the right track?
  • What can I do to restore this person’s trust?
  • How can I get this negotiation process going again?
  • Why do I always have conflicts with certain types of people?
  • What can I change to make my interactions with others more successful?

The training is given to groups of six to eight participants over a period of three consecutive days. By working with two trainers and a relatively small group, there is plenty of opportunity to address individual questions in addition to the general theory. Participants in this training program find it has a strong correlation to their daily routine and often receive answers that other training sessions could not offer them. One of the reasons for this is that the program and the practical examples are based on the routines of the participants. Another unique facet of the training is that rather than being pedantic, it is more educational in nature. This means that participants learn to analyze situations and make independently founded, conscious choices about their approach. The cost of attending this three day training amounts to 2500 Euro per person.
