International consultancy

InContext is a management consultancy firm based in the Netherlands that has developed an increasingly international portfolio of clients over the last two decades. Nowadays, we are working on projects around the globe; our consultants and project managers are working in the USA, the Caribbean, China, Singapore and almost all European countries. In the Netherlands we also welcome our clients’ international employees: we work on business development, business and personal coaching, management development and business games and simulations.

Connecting cultures

Based on our experience with many international clients, we have developed a philosophy and communication strategy called “The Winning Dialogue”. This philosophy offers a communication framework that transcends national cultures and therefore offers valuable insights for those who start working along the lines of its recommendations. The starting point of “The Winning Dialogue” is an open-minded understanding of the content and context of any situation in which two or more persons interact to achieve certain goals. InContext is able to connect cultures and generate a lasting impact, by making use of unique methods of experience-based learning.

Our projects

Examples of our international projects and the concrete results we have helped our clients to obtain:

• With Heerema Marine Contractors, one of our projects is to train and coach their international SHEQ officers to realize onboard safety improvements. 
• For freight forwarder Panalpina, we work on organizational development through a custom made business simulation in Switzerland, the USA and the Philippines.  
• We are working with the Harbor of St. Maarten (Dutch Antilles) on the implementation of their new strategic business plan. 
• For Roche Pharma and Roche Diagnostics we are working in various European countries on management development, organizational effectiveness, culture programs and personal coaching. 
• We have a long-term relationship with Philips Medical Systems (development and global roll out of a Needs Based Selling Program as part of an extensive change program) and Philips Design (Strategic organizational change and implementation of Consultative Selling concept at international level).
• With Dockwise we are working on commercial effectiveness, sales results, teamwork and organizational culture in Asia as well as in the USA.
