Leadership at every level is crucial for successful organizations. Especially if there is a hint of insecurity due to changes or reorganization. It was Covey who said: " Leadership is a choice, not a position." Who insists, takes responsibility, knows what they stand for and motivates themselves and others to bring their very best to the table? Who is open for the opinions of others, involves people in decisions, celebrates the successes of colleagues and persuades others without pressure? Who sticks to their standards, even when it gets difficult, regulates limits and makes their choices explicit? Leaders do that. Building a real, enduring, human and sparkling leadership is one of the most important contributions that we can make to an organization.
