In most cases, the culture of an organization grows with it and the one fits like a glove into the other. However sometimes, for example after a merger or a radical strategy adjustment, the old culture forms a barrier to the success of the organization and something has to change. InContext analyses daily situations, describes current and desired culture and sets out a targeted plan to get an organization through a culture change. In doing so, we work closely with our client’s (top) management and apply a combination of means in order to create the desired culture. Our focus remains on the visible and identifiable behaviors of people and on achieving concrete, measurable results.
