InContext Assessment
Centres provide answers to questions which arise concerning the selection,
(re)placement or development of staff. They are custom designed to evaluate
suitability for specialized or leadership functions. A characteristic of our
approach is that we focus a lot of attention on before and after aspects of the
assessment. This leads to participants experiencing the assessment centre as
providing very personal advice which also helps them to reflect on their
chances for success in a (new) function.
